How This Blog Came To Be

I've been writing my autobiography for over a year now and after being interested again in family history, I have decided to make this blog in the hopes that I could find some other family members who are genealogy enthusiasts as myself.

Many years ago, probably in 1994 - 1995, I have spent a lot of time in a Genealogical Library in Bacolod City, researching for names of my ancestors and family. After marriage and kids, I've slowed down for a bit.

However, I still kept my records. I've been using a few programs and online sites to record my family tree and to do some research. I've  used ancestry.com, familysearch.org, myheritage.com, geni.com and findagrave.com. Search engines are a great way to find information. I usually type the name of person + family tree or family name + family tree. Facebook is also a good way to find family. For my computer software, I use Rootsmagic from rootsmagic.com to record my family tree.

Please get in touch with me if you want to share information to add to our family tree. Thank you!
